We officially launched Rocket Rumble into Early Access on August 3rd! The game launched with 3 tracks (The Pirate Bay, Asteroid Field, and Caustic Canyon) and 4 characters.
We've been working hard since then on our first major update! Slotted for later this month, we're adding a daily mission system so players will be able to complete tasks to earn in-game rewards.
With this update we'll also be having our first in-game event. Players will receive limited time quests in order to earn exclusive event items. This means brand new cosmetic items are coming to the game very soon! Here's a sneak peek at what's to come:
We're really excited for our first update to come out. Along with missions and an event, we also have some quality of life improvements coming. There will also be new game options, like removable screenshake, optional auto-gas and a healthbar/player marker under the local player.
